The Los Angeles Medical Center is Kaiser Permanente’s largest hospital and medical offices in the Southern California region. The 464-bed facility serves as a tertiary care center for Southern California members, providing a broad range of services including NICU and PICU. More than 550 physicians and 4,500 support staff serve members at the Los Angeles Medical Center.
As a teaching institution, the medical center has 17 accredited residency programs training more than 195 residents and fellows annually. LAMC is affiliated with both the University of California, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California. Each year, 300 medical students from UCLA, USC, and other medical schools nationwide attend core and elective clerkships on our campus.
