Since 1886, the Children's Hospital of Michigan (located in Southeast Michigan) has been dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to children and adolescents in a caring, efficient and family-centered environment. A proud member of the Detroit Medical Center (DMC), the Children's Hospital of Michigan is the first children's hospital in the state. This 228-bed facility has an international reputation in pediatric medicine, surgery and research, training more pediatricians than any other facility in Michigan.

The Children's Hospital of Michigan engages in groundbreaking research that has long shaped the science of pediatric medicine. The hospital is ranked as one of America's best pediatric hospitals by U.S.News & World Report and Parent Magazine.

As a teaching facility, The Department of Otolaryngology at Children’s Hospital of Michigan at the Detroit Medical Center is the largest pediatric ENT program in Michigan  We are currently under recruitment to add two physicians to our existing program that provides care to the metropolitan Detroit area and satellite locations including Troy, Canton, Detroit and Southfield.  By joining our team, you will have direct opportunity to supervise the DMC & Wayne State University, Otolaryngologist Residents.  This is a full-time, DMC Medical Group employed position, joining two physicians; a Nurse Practitioner; nurse clinicians; and, staff nurses.  In addition to providing routine ENT care for otherwise healthy children, the department also treats very sick and chronically ill children that other ENT programs may not perform due to a higher risk of complications and higher complexity.  This position will provide an opportunity to develop and specialize in additional sub-specialties care within our ENT program.  Surgical privileges will be available at our main Children’s Hospital and our New, stand-alone facility in Troy, Michigan.   Interested candidates must be BC/BE in Pediatric Otolaryngology and Fellowship Trained.  New graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
