Pediatric Otolaryngologist - Spokane

Sunny Eastern Washington: State-of-the-Art Group

Spokane Ear Nose & Throat Clinic is a group of 13 board-certified otolaryngologists, practicing in Spokane, Washington. We are seeking a fellowship trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to continue managing and growing the pediatric program that has been developed. Most of the physicians in the group practice general otolaryngology, but have special areas of interest, and fellowship trained otology, neurotology, rhinology, facial plastic surgery, and head and neck surgeons are already present in the group.

Call rotation is one evening every other week, and one weekend every 10th weekend, and one holiday weekend every other year.

We own our own 30,000 sq. ft. office building near downtown, which includes a 4 operating room surgery center, a second 7,000 sq. ft. office on the north side of town, and a third 7,000 sq. ft. office in the Spokane Valley. An electronic record system is already fully implemented, and we have state-of-the-art equipment including Stealth sinus surgery technology, video laryngoscopy, in-office CT machine, and in-office laser, along with services that include cochlear implants, posturography, and full service allergy department. All physicians in the group are busy, and additional help will be needed, as we continue to expand services in the next several years. As the 2nd largest city in the state, Spokane is the regional referral center for advanced medical care, and serves a population of almost 2 million, despite Spokane County only being 500,000 in population.

The eastern side of the state of Washington is the dry side of the state, and receives only 16 inches of rain per year, providing a mild four-season climate. Abundant outdoor activities including skiing, cycling, golf, camping, hunting, fishing, etc. abound in the mountains and lakes that surround Spokane. Downtown Spokane has benefited from a revitalization process, with creation of a new convention center, world-class hotels, shopping, and a large park that was the site of the 1974 Worlds Fair.
