Clinical Science: Pediatric Otolaryngology

The Division of Otolaryngology at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, seeks a full¬time, non-tenure eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of assistant or associate professor. Responsibilities include clinical care of pediatric otolaryngology patients with opportunities for education and clinical research.
Qualified candidates will be board certified otolaryngologist with advanced pediatric otolaryngology fellowship training to provide pediatric otolaryngology care in the Chicagoland area in collaboration with Lurie Children’s Hospital Partnerships and satellite practice locations. Anticipated effort will include 75% of time in clinical care at the main campus of Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital and 25% effort to quality initiatives, process improvement and the science of health care delivery in collaboration with the Center for Clinical Excellence. An advanced management degree or career commiserate experience in QI, PI and/or LEAN management required. Salary is also commensurate with experience.
