The Department of Otolaryngology is seeking a full-time pediatric clinician/scientist otolaryngologist to join a 9-physician department at Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora, CO. Our hospital has consistently been named in the Honor Roll of Best Children’s Hospitals by U.S. News.

Our department sees over 19,000 patients and performs over 4,000 operations annually. Our clinical enterprise consists of the Main Campus in Aurora and five satellite locations throughout the Denver metropolitan area. There is also an associated branch in Colorado Springs with a 4-physician practice. In addition to providing regular pediatric ENT clinics, our faculty conduct or participate in interdisciplinary clinics in aerodigestive disorders, cleft lip/palate, sinusitis, velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI), microtia, voice disorders, balance disorders, hearing loss, resonance disorders, vestibular disorders and 22-q.

We are part of the otolaryngology residency-training program of the University of Colorado where two (PGY-2 and PGY-4) residents rotate at Children’s at all times. Currently, we train two fellows a year in our pediatric otolaryngology fellowship, which has been ACGME, accredited since 2009.

Responsibilities include teaching, research, and clinical service responsibilities.

Required Education: MD or MD/PhD

Required Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology

Preferred Qualifications: Research track record in field of Otolaryngology with current or leading to competitive extramural funding. Additional research training such as T-32 or MPH degree
