Clinical Care Highlights (40 Clinical Departments, 204 Specialized Clinical Programs, 397 Licensed Beds, 22600 Inpatient Discharges, 471641 Outpatients Visits, 55868 Emergency Department Visits, 23,491 Surgical Cases). Clinic Experience: Participation of ORL subspecialty clinic on a rotating basis (Aero-Digestive Disorders, Head & Neck, Hearing Loss, Otology, Voice). Other Clinics (Craniofacial , Cleft lip and Palate, Fetal Medicine, Vascular Anomaly)
Operative Experience: Extensive surgical experience in pediatric laryngology and bronchoesophagoscopy, endoscopic and open airway reconstruction, rhinology, otology (including cochlear implant), head and neck and the full spectrum pediatric otolaryngology.
Research Experience: Extensive Clinical and Basic Science opportunities both at the ORL department and at Children’s Hospital Boston
Operative and Clinical Volume: ORL service totals approximately 6000 surgical cases, 27000 outpatients ORL visits, 17000 Audiology visits, and 11000 speech visits per year
Didactic Session: Both weekly and monthly conferences which include Morbidity and Mortality, Radiology, Head & Neck , Airway, Research, Journal club, etc.
Resident and Medical Students: Active supervision and mentorship of residents and medical students
