Application Deadline: January 15 Duration of Fellowship: 1 or 2 years # Fellows per Year: One fellow taken every year University Affiliation: University of Washington Licensing Requirement: Washington Licensure Required Appointment Level: Acting Instructor Operating Privileges: Staffing frequent, but not required. Clinic Responsibilities: Personal clinics as well as participating in staff clinics. Operative Experience: Entire spectrum of surgical pediatric otolaryngology including pediatric otology and cochlear implantation, airway endoscopy and open airway reconstructive surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, pediatric head and neck surgery including vascular malformations, and VPI/speech surgery Research: Clinical research expected during first year. Optional 2nd year of research on training grant. Resident Supervision: Otolaryngology head and neck residents and medical students. Case Load: Extensive - both in clinic and in the operating room Benefits: Commensurate with University and Departmental policy Salary: Appropriate for level of training
