- View the video / PDF prior to the discussion Webinar
- Submit any questions you may have for the presentor using bulletin board found below the video
- Participate in the WebEx discussion. Can ask questions through phone or your PC’s mike
- Copy of the discussion is later archived on the web as well
- The video recording of the presentation and an Actobat file of the associated PowerPoint slides will be available 1 week prior to the “live” streaming on the dates listed. All presentation contents are the intellectual property of the presenter and academic integrity is valued and expected. The fellows / residents are encouraged to view the presentation at their leisure and generate questions for the presenter using the bulletin board. All of these functions will be accessed through the ASPO site.
- You may also consider viewing the presentation immediatly prior to their discussions. We will try to post the duration of the lectures so you can respond appropriately.
- The presenter will do a roundtable at 7 pm (EST) to take questions live and those that have been posted to the bulletin board. The webinar will be hosted through the IT Department at Boys Town (Mr. Roger Harpster). Links to the webinar are sent to the fellows by email. Links to the resident webinars will be posted on this site. If you have any trouble getting copy of the link or with login call Dave Molter at molterd@wustl.edu.
- Faculty members and fellowship program directors in particular are encouraged to participate both in viewing the presentation and be engaged during the roundtable discussion.

- Fellows and fellowship directors will have ID and passwords for the fellow lecture
- The resident lectures require no ID or password
