Posters will be displayed in Grand Ballroom 7-8 at the JW Marriott Austin for the duration of the conference. Presenting authors must be at their posters during the Welcome Reception on Thursday, May 18 from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
All posters will be available electronically both onsite as well as after the meeting, therefore submission of all posters electronically is mandatory. Submission is free of charge and must be submitted by May 4, 2017 (two weeks prior to the meeting). To submit your electronic poster, visit www.genigraphics.com/ASPO.
In addition to the electronic poster, all presenters are required to display a printed poster at the meeting. Posters are to be no larger than 44” tall by 30” wide (vertical format). A copy of the abstract must be incorporated into the poster or may be attached to the upper left-hand corner of the panel. A section of at the top of the poster must contain the Title, Authors, and Affiliations.
